On the page is a world map that locates each new transaction in real-time. The transaction details also show up underneath the map, and an audio notification tells you every time a Bitcoin moves, anywhere in the world! If you're lucky, you may even hear the special sound for a large transaction.
This is going to look spectacular in a few years when bitcoin really takes off.

ReplyDeleteJust to clarify, there's no way to know where a transaction occurs. The location displayed where the nodes that the mapping website learns of the transaction from, but due to bitcoin's peering network, that likely is not the node where the transaction occurred.
