This is great news, but I fear it's just a matter of time until the public forgets all about this, and "son of SOPA" gets tacked onto some shovel-ready highway funding bill.
I was reading a bit about it and apparently DNSSEC just goes around any proposed idiocy that SOPA would cause, so I dont see what the hubbub is all about. Should push for wider adoption of DNSSEC and just otherwise ignore stupidity like SOPA, IMO. (PS openid commenting seems busticated at the moment?)
